InstaLora is a hosted LoRA-training pipeline for anyone building an AI persona. You supply three to five reference images and the platform builds the training dataset, runs the training job and returns a ready-to-use model in under 30 minutes. Under the hood it uses SDXL and WAN checkpoints plus the nanobanana pro pipeline to synthesise the dataset, so the model learns a consistent facial identity instead of producing a different face every render. The output is a LoRA file you own and can pair with any compatible base model. The site includes pre-trained showcase characters so you can generate a few samples before committing to training your own. Video generation is supported as well, which matters for creators who want short-form reels, not just stills. Target users are creators and agencies building AI influencer accounts, brand mascots or consistent character art — work where "same face, different scene" is the whole point.
